Using Bill Book

Bill Book is provided by PINETECH IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED for recording your business transactions. Use it lawfully and enter only information you are entitled to process.

Your records and responsibilities

You are responsible for checking invoice details, tax settings, OCR suggestions, stock quantities and report results. Keep backups and verify exported documents. Bill Book is a recordkeeping tool and does not provide professional accounting, legal or tax advice, tax filing or government e-invoice registration.

Device storage and external services

Records are stored locally. Device loss, damage, clearing storage or uninstalling can result in permanent loss without a backup. Files you share with other apps are governed by those services' terms. Read our privacy policy for SDK diagnostics and support data handling.

Availability and updates

Features may change as the app develops. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us with a problem so we can investigate.
