Protect your records

Open Backups and export a copy regularly. Before restoring, export your current book. Restore replaces current records and keeps a local recovery copy for undo.

Offline use and OCR

Core bookkeeping stores records on your device. OCR runs on-device, but its SDK has diagnostic data practices described in the privacy policy. Check all extracted amounts before saving.

Printing and sharing

Use the PDF share action and your device's print/share apps. Bill Book does not pair directly with Bluetooth printers. Check the selected paper size before printing.

Deleting data

Read the local-data deletion instructions before clearing storage or uninstalling.
