Who operates this website?

Coderbunch is a brand of PINETECH IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Pinetech ITS). This notice covers this website and enquiries sent to our support address. For the Android app, read the Simple Accounting & Invoices privacy policy.

Website delivery and security

Our hosting server processes technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare provides authoritative DNS for our domain; the website currently connects directly to our server over HTTPS. This can include your IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and security-related events. Our website virtual host does not keep routine access logs. Operational error and infrastructure security records may still be processed by us and our infrastructure providers.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive and the general type of device and location. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that identify a browser across visits for up to two years, and it receives your IP address to estimate location. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Google’s processing is described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

We do not add advertising trackers, embedded social widgets or marketing cookies. This site does not currently use Cloudflare’s traffic proxy or browser security challenges. There is no marketing mailing-list sign-up on this site.

When you contact us

Email links open your email app. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond, discuss requested services and maintain relevant support records. Do not include passwords, financial records or unnecessary personal information.

Providers and retention

Our website uses Cloudflare, server hosting supplied through DigitalOcean and Google Analytics. Our email provider processes correspondence for delivery and storage. Providers may process data in countries other than yours. We retain support correspondence as needed to resolve enquiries, maintain relevant business records and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use enquiries for unsolicited marketing.

Your requests

Contact hello@pinetechits.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you sent us. We may need to confirm the request and explain any legally required retention. Avoid sending identity documents unless specifically needed and agreed.

Other websites, app stores, mail apps and sharing destinations have their own privacy practices. This notice may change as this website changes; the effective date will be updated.
