Information on your device

Business details, customer contact details, products, invoices, quotations, expenses, payments, credits and manually entered bank records are stored in the app's private storage on your device. This edition does not require account registration and has no advertising, analytics, automatic cloud sync or automatic transmission of those records to us. Android automatic app backup is disabled for this edition.

Files you choose to export

You can export backup files and share invoice PDFs. These files contain the records you enter. You choose the destination through your device's file picker or sharing tools. If you choose another app or a cloud provider, that provider processes the exported information under its own privacy policy. Backup files are not encrypted by this app. Store them in a private location.

Retention, deletion and security

Records stay in local app storage until you delete them through Settings, clear app storage or uninstall the app. Restoring a backup replaces current records after confirmation and retains a private pre-restore recovery copy on the device. The app's Delete all local records action deletes that recovery copy too. Exported copies remain wherever you saved or shared them and must be deleted separately.

The app relies on device security and its private storage area; it does not add a separate app password or database encryption. Protect your device with a screen lock. Loss of a device or removal of app storage can permanently lose data without an exported backup. We cannot recover your local records.

Support correspondence

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond and retain correspondence as needed to resolve and support your request. Do not send accounting backups unless you intend to disclose their contents. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention obligations.

Children

This is a business bookkeeping app intended for adult business users. It is not designed for children.

Policy scope and changes

This policy covers the current local-storage edition of Simple Accounting & Invoices, Android package com.coderbunch.accounts. It is operated by PINETECH IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, published on Google Play as Pinetech ITS, under the Coderbunch brand.

We do not sell your app records. If you visit this website or contact us, the separate website privacy notice explains website delivery and support correspondence. Changes to app data practices will be reflected here with a new effective date.
