Privacy policy

Who we are

PlayPals is a game app for children aged 4 to 10, provided by PINETECH IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Pinetech ITS) under the Coderbunch brand. This policy covers the Android app, package com.coderbunch.playpals.

The short version

PlayPals does not collect, upload, share or sell any personal information. It has no accounts, no chat, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Everything the app remembers stays on the device.

Information stored on the device

To keep progress between play sessions, PlayPals saves a small file in the app's private storage on the device. It contains only:

• coins, stickers and outfits earned in the games
• best scores for each game
• the age group chosen on first launch (4-6 or 7-10)
• sound and music settings and the play time limit set in the Parent zone
• the daily play streak

This file never leaves the device. PlayPals does not upload it, and it is excluded from Android cloud backup. Uninstalling the app deletes it. You can also clear it at any time with Parent zone > Reset progress.

Information we do not collect

PlayPals does not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, location, device identifiers, advertising IDs or any other personal information. The app requests no Android permissions and does not connect to the internet.

Advertising and purchases

The current version of PlayPals shows no ads and offers no in-app purchases. If a future version adds them, we will use only ad providers certified under the Google Play Families Policy, never show ads during gameplay, put every purchase behind a parental gate, and update this policy before the change is released.

Links that leave the app

The only link in PlayPals is to this privacy policy. It sits in the Parent zone, behind a "grown-ups only" question, and opens in the device's web browser. This website is covered by our separate website privacy notice, not by the app.

Children's privacy

PlayPals is designed to meet the Google Play Families Policy, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU/UK GDPR. Because the app collects no personal information, there is no data for us to access, correct or delete on your child's behalf.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and publish the new version at this address before releasing the app update.
