No cloud account to delete

Bill Book does not require account registration. Business records are stored locally; we cannot remotely delete or recover them.

Remove local records

1. Export any records you wish to retain from Backups.
2. Open Android Settings, find Bill Book under Apps, then choose Storage and Clear storage (labels vary by device). Uninstalling also removes app-private storage.
3. This removes the local book, settings, images and restore-recovery copy. It cannot be undone without a backup.

Remove exported copies

Delete backups, PDFs and CSV files separately from downloads, cloud drives and recipients. Clearing the app does not delete those copies.

Support correspondence and SDK data

Email hello@pinetechits.com to request deletion of messages you sent us, subject to applicable retention obligations. We may verify the request. Google's SDK diagnostic information is handled under Google's policies; clearing app storage does not submit a deletion request to Google.
