About the software

ApexPOS is an enterprise desktop retail supermarket point-of-sale terminal provided by PINETECH IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Pinetech ITS) under the Coderbunch brand. These terms govern your acquisition, installation, and operation of ApexPOS.

Permitted commercial use

ApexPOS is licensed for retail, commercial supermarket, grocery store, and wholesale point-of-sale checkout operations. You may install and deploy the application across multiple counter workstations and warehouse depot terminals on your store local area network (LAN). You retain 100% ownership of your business data, product databases, transaction ledgers, and customer Khata records.

Hardware & network operations

ApexPOS interfaces with point-of-sale peripherals including ESC/POS thermal printers, RJ11/RJ12 cash drawers, barcode scanners, and weighing scale devices via local hardware drivers and local area network protocols. Merchants are responsible for ensuring that all connected physical peripherals are correctly wired and configured according to manufacturer specifications.

Tax and fiscal compliance

Merchants are solely responsible for configuring appropriate GST, VAT, and sales tax rates within the application to comply with local taxation authorities and statutory invoicing regulations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ApexPOS is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we engineer the software for high resilience, offline durability, and zero data loss, Pinetech ITS and its contributors are not liable for commercial downtime, cash register discrepancies, or consequential business damages arising from software or hardware failures.
