Information on your device

FlipBook Studio is a standalone desktop application designed to run locally on your Windows PC. All PDF documents, Markdown manuscripts, raw text files, photographs, audio files, and exported flipbook packages are processed and saved solely on your local hard drive or folders you choose.

We do not operate cloud processing servers that receive, parse, or store your manuscripts, documents, or digital flipbooks. Your creative works, corporate reports, and publications remain strictly on your machine.

Network communication and offline operation

FlipBook Studio functions entirely without an internet connection. The application does not require a user account, does not require online license validation, and performs all rasterization, typesetting, and HTML bundling offline.

Telemetry and user tracking

FlipBook Studio contains no advertising libraries, no telemetry tracking, and no behavioral analytics. We do not collect statistics about what publications you create, how many pages you paginate, or when you export.

If you email us at hello@pinetechits.com for assistance, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or crash logs you voluntarily supply. We use this information solely to resolve your support inquiry. Please do not send confidential manuscripts or proprietary business data in support emails.
