About the app

Simple Accounting & Invoices is provided by PINETECH IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Pinetech ITS), under the Coderbunch brand. These terms describe use of the current local bookkeeping edition.

Current edition and access

The current edition is free to use and has no ads, subscription or account registration. It supports one business and one reporting currency per device. Any separately offered services or future paid products will have their own clearly stated terms; these terms do not authorize a charge.

Your records and permitted use

You retain ownership of the records you enter. Use the app for lawful purposes and only enter information you are authorized to handle. You are responsible for the accuracy of business details, amounts, tax percentages, invoices and other records.

Backups and device security

Records are stored on your device. Export backups regularly, verify them and keep a copy away from the device. Backups are not encrypted by this app. Protect your phone and exported files. Deleting data, clearing storage, uninstalling or losing the phone may cause permanent loss without a backup.

Bookkeeping scope

The app records transactions you enter; it does not move money, connect to banks or provide lending, investment, legal or tax advice. Reports are summaries, not a complete double-entry ledger, statutory accounts, GST return or e-invoice filing service. Check the results before relying on them and seek appropriate professional advice.

Software and support

We aim to provide useful software, but cannot promise that every device or use case will work without interruption or error. Report problems to support. No support response time or service-level commitment is included unless separately agreed. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and changes

The app privacy policy explains data handling. We may update these terms as the app changes and will show the revised effective date. Contact us if you need clarification.
