Your files stay on your device

Coderbunch PDF Toolkit is a standalone Windows desktop application. All PDF documents, images, signature files, watermark assets, and certificate files you load into the app are processed and saved solely on your local hard drive or folders you choose.

We do not operate cloud servers that receive, process, or store your documents. Your contracts, reports, invoices, and personal files remain strictly on your machine at all times.

Network communication and offline operation

Coderbunch PDF Toolkit functions entirely without an internet connection. The application does not require a user account, does not phone home for license validation, and performs all PDF processing — merging, splitting, signing, watermarking, converting, and sanitizing — completely offline.

Telemetry and tracking

Coderbunch PDF Toolkit contains no advertising libraries, no telemetry tracking, and no behavioral analytics. We do not collect information about which tools you use, how many files you process, or the content of your documents.

Digital Signature Certificates

When you use the DSC Signing feature, your .pfx or .p12 certificate file and password are used locally to sign the PDF on your device. Certificate data is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party service.

If you email us at hello@pinetechits.com for assistance, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or logs you voluntarily supply. We use this information solely to resolve your support inquiry. Please do not send sensitive documents in support emails.
