Fees and reminders

Generate fees for a month from Fees. Use Pending dues to collect a payment or review a parent reminder. A payment entry does not move money. Voiding a payment corrects a record; it does not issue a refund.

Reports

Open More → Reports. Collections use payment dates. Outstanding fees show current balances across generated months. Attendance percentages use marked days, not unmarked calendar days.

Backups

Open Settings & backup to save a copy. Restore replaces the current book rather than merging records. Keep exported files private and check your copy before changing phones.
