About the software

Label Studio is a Windows desktop application provided by PINETECH IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (Pinetech ITS) under the Coderbunch brand. These terms govern your use of the Label Studio software.

Permitted use and license

Label Studio is licensed for personal and commercial use to design and print labels, barcodes, and related documents. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all label designs, content, images, and data you create or import using the software.

User responsibilities and print verification

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all barcodes, labels, regulatory markings, and text generated with the software meet applicable industry standards, statutory guidelines, and hardware requirements. You must perform adequate test prints and scanner verification before commencing high-volume or critical production runs.

Hardware and printer configurations

Label Studio is designed to work with standard Windows printer drivers and raw network thermal printers (such as Zebra ZPL II compatible devices). You are responsible for ensuring your printer hardware, printhead resolution, darkness/heat settings, and label media sensors are properly calibrated.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Label Studio is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to produce reliable, high-performance software, Pinetech ITS is not liable for misprinted labels, barcode scanning errors, lost production time, hardware malfunctions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
