FlipBook Studio is provided for personal, educational, and commercial publication production. You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all text, manuscripts, images, layouts, and digital flipbooks generated with the software.

You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free right to host, distribute, sell, or embed any web packages, standalone HTML files, or PDF assets exported by FlipBook Studio without payment of royalties, branding requirements, or recurring fees to Pinetech ITS.

User content and copyright compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents, manuscripts, trademarks, images, and audio assets you import or distribute using the software comply with applicable copyright laws, intellectual property protections, and regulatory standards.
