DeliveryNotes setup and support
For help, email support@coderbunch.com with your store domain, theme name, product handle, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Add the block
- Install DeliveryNotes and open its Home in Shopify admin.
- Select Open product theme editor, or open Online Store → Themes → Customize and choose a product template.
- Add the DeliveryNotes app block. Enter optional default dispatch and delivery notes, then save the theme.
- Preview a product using that template on desktop and mobile.
Write product-specific notes
- Search for a product in DeliveryNotes Home.
- Enter plain-text dispatch and delivery notes, then select Save notes.
- Refresh its storefront page. Each product-specific note overrides the corresponding theme default. A missing product note falls back to that field's default.
- To restore both defaults, clear both product fields and save. If a field has neither a product note nor a default, it is hidden.
Each note can contain up to 2,000 characters and is stored in the Shopify JSON metafield custom.deliverynotes. Use accurate policy wording. DeliveryNotes does not calculate carrier estimates or guarantee delivery dates.
If notes do not appear
- Check that the product uses a template containing the DeliveryNotes app block.
- Confirm that at least one product or default note contains text.
- Save both theme and product changes, then refresh the storefront. Shopify may briefly cache product pages.
- If the problem continues, contact support with the product handle and theme name.
