A wholesaler needs a catalog that can be regenerated when prices change. Rebuilding each page by hand is slow and makes old prices easy to leave behind.
Prepare your input
Prepare UTF-8 CSV columns for name, sku and price. Description and image are optional; relative image paths are resolved beside the CSV. Check that every image path points to the intended product.
Work through the task
Open Wholesale Catalog Maker, select the CSV, enter a catalog title, business name and contact line, then export an A4 PDF. The current design is a single-column catalog. A missing or unreadable image leaves a visible placeholder and warning instead of silently dropping the product.
Example to try
Change a price in a two-product sample and regenerate the catalog to confirm that the new PDF reflects the CSV. Then test a missing image path: the placeholder is intentionally obvious so the catalog is not sent unnoticed. Keep the source CSV and photos together when handing this task to another staff member, because relative paths depend on their location.
Check the result
Review a first and last page, long product names and several prices. Compare the number of exported products with the input rows. If a warning reports a missing image, correct the path and regenerate instead of sending a catalog with accidental placeholders.
Know the current limits
Prices are printed as supplied; there is no currency conversion, visual template editor or interactive flipbook export in this app.
