Prepare a small test

Create one batch with a few students, parent contacts and a monthly fee. Decide how late joins and discounts will be documented.

Work through the task

The Tuition Book page describes offline attendance, explicit monthly-dues generation, partial payments and PDF receipts. Mark one day, correct a mistaken mark and generate a sample month's dues.

Check the result

Compare student count, dues, payments and receipt totals with paper records. Generate the same month again to check that it does not create duplicates.

Current limits

The public page labels this Android app a pilot. Parent reminders are text for staff to send; verify installation and backup before using it with real student data.
