The ShipLift page describes a Shopify free-shipping progress bar. In a test theme, add items until the cart crosses the goal, remove one item and check both cart and checkout again.
Check the result
Test mobile and desktop views, a discounted basket and a destination where shipping differs. The message should never promise free delivery if checkout still charges for it.
