Prepare a small test

At intake, note customer, device, serial or IMEI, visible condition, accessories, issue and estimate. Ask before taking condition photos and follow your privacy policy.

Work through the task

The Repair Book page describes numbered offline job cards with stages, photos, payment entries and PDF receipts. Create a sample job, record a partial advance and move it through a few stages.

Check the result

Check the receipt balance against cash or bank records and inspect the PDF before sharing it. A return visit for the same device should be a new card with a new number.

Current limits

The public page labels this Android app a pilot. Verify the current installation route, backup procedure and actual shop workflow before depending on it.
