Work through the task
The local Redesk project describes WebRTC-based remote support. In a controlled test, establish a session, inspect screen-sharing and control permissions, then disconnect and reconnect.
Check the result
Confirm the user sees when support is active, can stop access and can distinguish the intended operator. Check network behavior on both local and remote connections.
Current limits
The Redesk product page is not currently live, and its Git upstream is missing. This is a project-level workflow, not a claim that a public release or secure production deployment has been verified.
