Turn a product enquiry into a usable CRM lead

Prepare a small test

Choose a product for which customers need a quote or availability check. Decide who will own the resulting lead and how quickly they should reply.

Work through the task

The Odoo module page describes an enquiry form on the product page that creates a CRM lead. Submit a test request with quantity and a specific question, then inspect the lead's product context and contact details.

Check the result

Reply through your normal process and confirm the customer received a relevant answer. Check duplicate submissions and privacy notices before enabling the form publicly.

Current limits

A lead is not a quotation or an accepted order. The Odoo 19 app listing is advertised, and the integration must be checked in the target database.
