Measure the label stock in millimeters and note the printer model, resolution and connection. Prepare a few SKUs with leading zeros and long product names.
Work through the task
In Label Studio, lay out text and barcode fields, then use a sample CSV for a short batch. Preview the output and print at actual size. If the printer uses Zebra ZPL, compare native output with Windows-driver output.
Check the result
Scan labels at the counter, checking the exact returned SKU. Inspect edge clipping, quiet zones and readability after handling. Save the source CSV and design for a repeat print.
Current limits
Label Studio is distinct from the RC3 Barcode and Shelf Label Studio. Printer compatibility and the advertised store listing need independent verification.
