Product guide

Keep temple-counter transactions traceable through an outage

Prepare a day-open, receipt and day-close drill for a Windows temple counter.

Prepare a small test

Create a small set of vazhipadu items and donation examples. Agree on receipt numbering and who can close the day; keep a separate physical record during a trial.

Work through the task

The Kshetra OS page describes local counter work during a server outage, including bills, donations, hundi and queued synchronization. Open a test day, record a few transactions, disconnect the network and continue the drill before reconnecting.

Check the result

Compare each printed receipt and server record after reconnection. A retry should not create a second transaction; investigate any mismatch before taking real money.

Current limits

The public page describes capabilities, not a completed live deployment. Validate printer, server API and local operational controls at the actual temple.
