Create a sample bill in Bill Book, check item quantity and total, then record a second sale for the same item. Review the bill history and any stock balance shown by the installed app. Send or print only after checking the customer-facing copy.

Check the result

Compare the end-of-day totals with cash or payment records. Export or back up the data using the app's available option, then verify that the copy can be read before depending on it.
