Choose whether the minimum compares against the untaxed or tax-included cart total.
Enforced at payment
The checkout button is disabled and the payment step is blocked server-side, not just hidden.
Configure it under Website › Configuration › Settings after installing. It runs entirely inside your Odoo database.
