What the game collects
Neon Salvage runs offline. The game does not collect or transmit personal information, gameplay telemetry, advertising identifiers, or analytics. It does not require an account and does not include advertising or in-app purchases.
What stays on your device
The game stores sound and display preferences, scores, completed contracts, run totals, and whether you have seen the field manual in local application storage. These records are not sent to Coderbunch and do not contain a player name or email address. They are not synchronized between devices by the game.
Local data and removal
Removing the game's local application data removes its saved records and preferences. Uninstall behavior can vary by installation method, so uninstalling alone may not remove every local file. Contact support if you need help locating the game's local data. We cannot recover records lost with your device or local storage.
Microsoft Store
Microsoft handles purchases, downloads, updates, and its own platform diagnostics under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. The game does not receive your payment-card details. This policy describes the game, not Microsoft's services.
Support correspondence
If you email hello@pinetechits.com, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach. We use that information to answer your request and retain relevant correspondence as needed to handle it. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
This website
Visiting this website is separate from playing the offline game. Web hosting may process request logs. See the Coderbunch website privacy policy for website practices. This page itself contains no analytics or advertising scripts.
