Free Android beginner edition

Pianoveya privacy policy

Updated 30 October 2026. Pianoveya is provided by Pinetech IT Solutions Private Limited, operating as Coderbunch.

This policy applies to the guest-only Android beginner edition, package com.codebunch.pianoveya. It does not describe the separate experimental web/cloud preview. A future account-based Android version will need an updated policy before release.

Information kept on your device

The app stores your chosen age group, teaching style, practice goal, instrument preferences, lesson completions, reading position, unfinished note sequence, attempt counts, best note-order accuracy, daily practice time and activity history. These records personalize the journey and let you resume it. An age band is requested, not a birth date or identity document. A random local identifier separates activity counters; it is not sent to us.

Information the Android app sends to us

The guest-only Android edition does not send learning information to Coderbunch or a cloud service. It has no account creation, cloud sync, advertising or analytics SDK. Lessons, reference sounds and 3D hand assets are bundled. There is no in-app purchase or payment processing.

Permissions and instrument practice

The app does not request the microphone, camera, contacts or location. It does not record sound or images, track your real hand, or listen to a keyboard. Stand Mode is self-guided; on-screen exercises assess note order, not rhythm, posture or an acoustic performance.

Children and families

The beginner journey includes age-appropriate themes for younger learners. Parents, guardians or teachers should supervise practice and support requests. The app has no public profiles, social feed, stranger messaging, advertisements or purchases. It does not request a child’s name, email, school or address. Adults should avoid putting unnecessary information about children into a support email.

Retention, reset and uninstalling

Local learning data remains until you reset it, clear Android app storage, or uninstall. In the app, open Preferences → Reset local learning data and confirm. Android system backup is disabled for this edition. There are no app accounts to delete and no server-held Android learning records for us to erase. See data management and deletion instructions.

Google Play, the website and support

Google Play and the Android operating system may process installation and diagnostic information under their own policies. If you visit Coderbunch’s website, the website privacy policy applies, including website hosting information. If you email support, our team and the email provider receive the message and any attachments you choose to send. Support correspondence is used to answer and troubleshoot your request; contact us to request its deletion, subject to records needed for security or legal obligations.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy and relevant app disclosures before changing the app’s data practices. Contact an adult support representative at hello@pinetechits.com for privacy questions or requests. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal details.
