You control your saved journey

Manage or delete your data

The first Pianoveya Android beginner edition has no accounts. Learning progress is stored on your device.

Reset inside the app

  1. Open Pianoveya and go to Preferences.
  2. Select Reset local learning data.
  3. Read the confirmation and choose Reset local data.

This removes the saved age group, goals, keyboard settings, completed concepts/exercises, unfinished practice and daily history from that installation. The next launch starts a fresh journey. Resetting cannot be undone.

Clear data using Android

You can also open Android Settings → Apps → Pianoveya → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. Exact labels vary by device. No Android app account or server-side learning profile needs to be deleted.

Support messages or the separate web preview

If you contacted support or previously created an account in the separate experimental web/cloud preview, contact hello@pinetechits.com with the subject Pianoveya Data Deletion Request. For a web account, write from its registered email address so the team can verify the request. Ask to remove the preview account and associated learner profiles, progress and sessions. Do not email your password. The Android local reset does not delete a separate web account.

We will explain the applicable deletion process and any records that must be retained when handling your request. No specific backup-erasure deadline is claimed for the experimental service. This support route does not transmit information until you choose to send an email.
