SpecCompare setup and support
Email support@coderbunch.com with your store domain, product handles, theme name, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
Add specifications
- Open SpecCompare in Shopify admin and search for a product.
- Enter up to eight lines in Label: Value format, using the same labels on products you want to compare.
- Save. Repeat for other products. To clear a product's rows, empty the field and save.
Add the comparison block
- Open Online Store → Themes → Customize and select a product template.
- Add the SpecCompare table app block. Select up to three comparison products in its settings.
- Save the theme and open a product that uses the template. The current product is included automatically.
If the table is missing
- Confirm that the product uses the edited template and that the block is visible.
- Select at least one other active, published product. A block with only the current product stays hidden.
- Save specifications for at least one compared product and refresh the page.
